New HOOPP Brochures available

HOOPP works hard to communicate clearly and provide you with the right information at the right time in a number of formats. We’re always looking for ways to serve you better – so, in 2008, communication materials are being redesigned with a new look and rewritten so they are easier to understand and to better explain the value of various HOOPP features.

Two new brochures have been printed and are available for ordering in English and French: a brochure for new hires and a brochure about buying back service. The hoopp.com online order form has been changed, an order confirmation page has been added, please confirm your order to complete the transaction.

A Retirement Plan for You

This brochure is intended for new hires but can be distributed to anyone who requests it. It provides an overview of HOOPP’s benefits and features for both members and non-members. NOTE: A more detailed guide will be mailed direct to new members once they enrol in HOOPP but these booklets will not be distributed by employers.

Buying Back Service

This brochure is easier to read than the previous booklet about buying back service and has been updated with new information. The Member Request for a Past Service Purchase Estimate form and the buyback tables are no longer part of the booklet but are available on hoopp.com. Members are encouraged to visit the buy back section for the estimate form, tables and the latest information about changes in the buyback process.
