Reaching Out To Your French-Speaking Members

As HOOPP moves closer to a stage where we'll be able to offer personalized communications in French, we would like you to help us out by letting us know about the members in your organization who would prefer to receive materials in French.

While we have been making note of the language preference of members at enrolment since 2005, we are now ensuring that every member – regardless of when they enrolled – will be able to receive information in French once this service is fully available.

If you normally make a note of language preference and are able to pass this along to us, please send us a list of the social insurance numbers of the members who would like to receive information in French on an Excel spreadsheet with the nine digits written out without hyphens or spaces. We only need the SINs, there is no need to include their names or any other information.

Make sure you password protect the spreadsheet, using your employer code as the password. Should you have any questions about putting the spreadsheet together, please contact Victor Rajic, Team Lead, Member Services at 1-888-333-3659, ext. 6852.

Please send your spreadsheets by Nov. 21 to info@hoopp.com with "French language" in the subject line.
