Clarification of Pensionable Earnings

To address an increasing number of questions from employers regarding which types of earnings are pensionable and which are not pensionable, HOOPP has undertaken a review of the current wording in the Administration Manual. Following this review and discussions with employers, including a meeting with a focus group, the Administration Manual has been updated to help clarify the common types of remuneration that are pensionable and non-pensionable.
