Help Us Get e-mails to You

IT departments and e-mail service providers are getting more aggressive in blocking e-mails. As a result, HOOPP occasionally experiences some difficulty in getting e-mailed information to employers.

One thing you can do to help information get through to you is to add our e-mail address as a contact in your e-mail software's address book. This helps identify our main broadcast address (info@hoopp.com) as a friendly sender.

Here's how you can add us as a contact in Microsoft Outlook:

  1. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Contact
  2. Type "HOOPP info" as the name for the contact
  3. Enter "info@hoopp.com" as the email address
  4. Click the Save and Close buttons

If you still concerned e-mails are not getting through to you, it is possible that your IT department or email service provider only allows e-mails from verified and listed senders, or that HOOPP has been misidentified as a spam sender and consequently filtered or blacklisted. Please check with your IT department or e-mail service provider if you believe this may be the case.

Another vital key in helping our e-mail messages getting through and to the right person is to report any changes to personnel or e-mail addresses to HOOPP. Report changes to your regional representative or by sending an e-mail to info@hoopp.com. Include your employer code, the person's name, type of HOOPP contact, job title, and e-mail address.
