“I had an opportunity to review the changes made to the HOOPP website. I was particularly impressed with your enhanced use of colour graphics. It made for a more pleasing aesthetic experience. Functionally, the revised site is more logically laid out and also easier to navigate through. All in all, I think that this site upgrade is a dramatic improvement over its dull and unexciting predecessor. “Having perused the newly designed site it is a distinct improvement over the older one. The opening page is colourful, friendly and welcoming. The layout is excellent and so easy to find any information. “The colours are bright, positive and pleasing. Subsections like pensioners, members and employers are displayed well and easy to locate. I like the fact that the annual report, signing up for e-alerts and information for new members catches the eye. Investment, funding and governance, which are topics explored by browsers spending more time at the site are displayed in strategically placed drop-down menus. I like it.” – Datt Bharat

“I think the new website is great and much improved. It is nice to see that many of our suggestions were included in the new website. The “What’s New” on the first page is very useful. I think the colours are great and especially like the clear directions for Members, Pensioners or Employers. The reference to Key Pages in each section makes it easy to find topics. The ability to increase the text size and to print pages makes it much more user friendly. I am sure everyone accessing the new website will find it much easier to use.” – Caroline Charman
