Make Sure Correct SIN Is On Incoming Documentation
Just a friendly reminder to make sure you’re entering the correct SIN – whether you’re typing it in our fillable forms or jotting them down by hand.
As mentioned in previous communications, HOOPP plans to move away from the use of social insurance numbers in the near future, with the implementation of its new system.
But in the interim, while we’re moving towards this goal, it’s still necessary to include the member’s SIN on all documentation that is sent in to HOOPP in order to help properly identify the member.
