Who, What, When and How – New Index
Ever received a notice, or broadcast e-mail, from HOOPP that you want to refer back to later?
HOOPP has put together a new index page on the website that lists all recent “all-employer” communications – and links to what was sent – regardless of whether it was an e-mail, a hard copy letter, or a website posting.
The index displays each topic covered, the date it was sent, how it was sent, and to whom it was sent. HOOPP tries to target information to the people who need it, so that everyone is not sent everything. MDC-related information, for instance, is typically sent only to MDC contacts. By looking at the index, you’ll be able to see who was sent a specific item – and if you did not get it, and want to, there’s a link you can use to contact us to be added to the list.

The index was launched near the end of last year, and we will continue to add any new “all-employer” communications materials that are sent in future to the list.
