Listening to You – Recap of Recent Changes
Part of our job at HOOPP is to help make things easier for you. Comments and suggestions from employers are always taken seriously, as we strive to make forms and procedures easier and simpler to complete.
Here's a summary of the changes that we've made in the last little while. (And remember, we're always open to hearing from you – simply drop us a line and we'll see what we can do to help out!)
Fillable Forms
Our fillable forms allow you to type the information directly on screen in the form before printing it out to sign and mail in to us – this allows for easier-to-read information.
Free Accrual Monthly Report
Due to popular request, we've started sending out monthly, up-to-date reports about all of the members within your organization who are currently on health leave and approved for free accrual.
Health Leave Forms
At the suggestion of various employers, we streamlined our health leave forms so that they are less cumbersome to fill out. Certain questions have been shifted to allow the employer to skip certain sections if they don't pertain to the member.
Monthly Contribution Report
A new, online fillable version of the Monthly Contribution Report was rolled out so that users can easily complete and then e-mail the forms directly back to us.
Power of Attorney
In our newly revised Beneficiary Designation Form and Pensioner Information Change Form, we've clarified what types of power of attorney are acceptable when making changes to these forms.
Tips For Quicker Processing
To help ensure documents are processed as efficiently and quickly as possible, we've posted tips on how to fill out forms properly on various pages on hoopp.com.
