HOOPP Connect: Access your pension information online, any time

Thousands of members have signed up for HOOPP Connect and will be receiving their 2009 Annual Statements electronically. By 2012, we want you to sign up and enjoy the advantages of HOOPP Connect. HOOPP Connect provides online service options to help reduce paper use, and provide you with quick and easy access to your pension information. Performing simple transactions online in HOOPP Connect also saves you time.

To receive your annual statement and other HOOPP correspondence electronically, log on to HOOPP Connect and click on the Personal Info tab. At the bottom of the page, click on change your preferred form of correspondence to select your secure mailbox.

Under the Personal Info tab, you can also:

• Update your beneficiary information
• Update your personal e-mail address
• Add an alternate mailing address
• Update your home telephone number

If you haven't done so already, registering on HOOPP Connect is quick and easy. Everything you need to know about registering can be found at www.hooppconnect.com. Follow the six simple steps listed there to sign on.

HOOPP's Regional Representatives are scheduling information sessions now so look for them at your location in the near future to learn more about HOOPP and HOOPP Connect.
