Your annual statement is a snapshot of your benefits

HOOPP's member annual statement provides a snapshot of your benefits as of Dec. 31 of the previous year, including:

• a projected estimate of your HOOPP retirement benefits
• your contributions, earnings and service
• beneficiary designation
• your options at termination
• benefits on disability
• vesting date (the date that you became eligible for pension benefits from HOOPP)

Statements online

Annual statements are not yet available online. HOOPP is working on presenting annual statement data on a secure website for members.
