HOOPP Connect: Access your pension information online, any time

Thousands of members have signed up for HOOPP Connect and will be receiving their 2009 COLA Statements electronically. By 2012, we want you to sign up and enjoy the advantages of HOOPP Connect. HOOPP Connect provides online service options to help reduce paper use, and provide you with quick and easy access to your pension information. Performing simple transactions online in HOOPP Connect also saves you time.

To receive your annual COLA statement and other HOOPP correspondence electronically, log on to HOOPP Connect and click on the Personal Info tab. At the bottom of the page, click on change your preferred form of correspondence to select your secure mailbox.

Under the Personal Info tab, select Your Profile to:

• Update your contact information, such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address. Add an alternate mailing address if you reside at different locations throughout the year.
• Update your financial institution information if you are changing where you want your pension deposited.

Click on the Pension tab and select Future Payments to view your payment details, including where you receive payments and your federal and provincial tax withholding information.
