General Counsel & Senior Vice-President, Governance

David L. Miller is HOOPP’s General Counsel & Senior Vice-President, Governance.

As General Counsel and SVP, Governance, Mr. Miller manages HOOPP’s legal department.

Mr. Miller also serves as HOOPP's Privacy Officer and oversees the Plan's business continuity program.

Mr. Miller joined HOOPP in May 2004, from the Toronto office of a national law firm where he had practised as a financial services lawyer for 17 years.

Mr. Miller earned his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. He also has an undergraduate degree in economics.
