Senior Vice-President, Information Technology & Facilities Services

Reno Bugiardini is HOOPP's Senior Vice-President, Information Technology & Facilities Services. This division comprises Information Technology, Information Management, and Facilities Solutions and Services.

He is jointly responsible for HOOPP’s multi-year Client Relationship Excellence program, along with George Buse, Senior Vice-President, Plan Operations.

Mr. Bugiardini brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience to HOOPP, including 10 years as director of technical services. He was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of data centres, standardizing processes and policies, increasing system performance, and increasing user productivity and satisfaction throughout North America.
