Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning & Employee Services
Victoria S. Hubbell is HOOPP's Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning & Employee Services.
The SVP, Strategic Planning & Employee Services is responsible for strategic planning, including the development of HOOPP's client relationship management program, as well as human resources, and communications.
Ms. Hubbell joined HOOPP in 2005 from a consulting firm where she was Executive Director. She held senior management positions with two leading financial services companies and brings 20 years of strategic implementation, leadership development, and organizational change experience to the organization.
Ms. Hubbell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
