MDC Report - Data Due Jan. 31

In December 2006 we sent the MDC Reporter, with a covering memo providing you with a due date for each of the pieces contained in the software.

This notice is a reminder that the due date for MDC reporter is Jan. 31, only two weeks away.

If your report is already on its way to us, we thank you.

Without your report, we are unable to credit members with their service for the 2006 calendar year or to issue them their 2006 HOOPP Annual Statements. These, as you know, are by legislation required to be in members’ hands by June 30.
