Annual Statement Reprints Available Until Year End
We have received calls from members who did not receive their 2006 HOOPP Annual Statements, or who would like a reprint of their statement.
If you get inquiries, please advise members who ask about 2006 statements to contact HOOPP directly at 1-888-333-3659 before year end. We would be pleased to help them.
After Dec. 31, 2007, we begin preparation for the 2007 HOOPP Annual Statement process and can no longer print reprints of the 2006 statements.
The 2007 Annual Statements will provide more current information than the 2006 statement.
Before you send us member addresses as part of the MDC process in February 2008, please ask members to ensure that their home mailing address is updated. This will help us ensure that the 2007 statements make their way to members' homes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
