Privacy is a priority

HOOPP is committed to doing everything in its power to protect the privacy and security of all confidential information, as described in our privacy guidelines on the hoopp.com website.

There are occasions when HOOPP shares information with third-party vendors. This only occurs for the purpose of administering benefits, and all of HOOPP’s vendors are thoroughly scrutinized before they are hired. When they are hired, vendors are required to sign a legally binding agreement to abide by our privacy principles. There may be situations where, in order to do the work HOOPP has contracted them to do, some HOOPP vendors may take or receive member information out of the country. Please be assured that this never occurs without HOOPP’s prior approval and assurance of due diligence and contractual protection.
