Termination Benefits for Non-Vested Members (legal sized) French	Employers should distribute this sheet to members when they complete their HOOPP Notice of Termination, and to interested members on request. It provides an overview of the termination options for members who are not vested in the Plan.
Termination Benefits for Vested Members (legal sized) French	Employers should distribute this sheet to members when they complete their HOOPP Notice of Termination, and to interested members on request. It provides an overview of the termination options for members who are vested in the Plan.
Working at More Than One HOOPP Employer French	Employers should distribute this sheet to new or interested members who participate in HOOPP at more than one employer. The sheet also explains rules for members who choose to stop contributing at part-time employers (if they work full time at another HOOPP employer).
What You Need to Know About Re-enrolling in HOOPP French	Employers should distribute this sheet to retired members who want to temporarily stop their pension benefits, and re-enrol in the Plan, when they return to work with a HOOPP employer.
