Address Changes for Deferred Pensioners
If you are moving, think of HOOPP
HOOPP requires 30 days’ notice to process an address change.
Letting HOOPP know about an address change is especially important if you receive your pension by cheque, or have a deferred pension.
To make the change please use a Pensioner Information Change Form.
You can initiate an address change by calling a HOOPP Client Services at 416-369-9212 (or toll free at 1-888-333-3659).
HOOPP cannot accept change of address information by e-mail because it is not completely secure.
