Survey Says – We're Listening to You

HOOPP has enlisted the help of research company, Hay Research International, to gather feedback and to ensure HOOPP is meeting the service needs of our members.

Participating in our telephone survey is completely voluntary and strictly confidential, we ask that you consider taking part because it matters to us that your voice is heard.

The research we do complies with all privacy legislation, and no information is shared with any third party. If you get a call, it is because HOOPP has provided your name and telephone number to Hay; no other information is provided to them.

The surveys have been up and running for a year, and will continue into the future. Survey results help us focus on improving such things as:

• Annual statements
• Communication with members
• Pension Update newsletter
