If you are moving, think of HOOPP

HOOPP requires 30 days’ notice to process an address change.

Letting HOOPP know about an address change is especially important if you receive your pension by cheque, or have a deferred pension.

To make the change please use a Pensioner Information Change Form.

You can initiate an address change by calling a HOOPP Client Services at 416-369-9212 (or toll free at 1-888-333-3659).

HOOPP can't accept change of address information by e-mail, because there is still no guarantee that e-mail is completely secure.
