Personal Information Changes

It's always a good idea to let HOOPP know whenever your personal information changes, so that your record can be kept up to date.

Changes to your personal information

You can use a Pensioner Information Change Form to report a change in (or correction to):

• address
• name
• social insurance number
• date of birth
• home telephone or fax number
• home e-mail address (this field is for future use, see next section on subscriber e-mail)
• language preference

E-mail address

If you have subscribed to online member news updates from HOOPP, and want to change your e-mail address, you should:

• unsubscribe the old e-mail address, by following the link that appears at the bottom of each e-mail you receive from HOOPP
• subscribe to the new e-mail address
