Where Can HOOPP Reach You?

One thing pensioners can look forward to when they retire is more time for travelling. However, this also means that you may not be available to receive important information from HOOPP, particularly around tax time. Due to the time sensitive nature of the material HOOPP mails out, we are asking pensioners to provide an alternate address, if available, so that we can ensure materials are getting to you on time.

If you plan on travelling for extended periods of time, or split your time between two or more residences, please contact HOOPP's client services department either by phone or by mail to advise us where to send your information.

If someone designated with Power of Attorney is currently handling your pension affairs, please advise HOOPP so that we can verify their authority to act on your behalf and contact them with important information in your absence.
